The reason I bring this up is that there are a lot of people right now "Quoting" all sorts of polls giving Their candidate an edge. At exactly the same time 4 years ago, it was also a dead heat, and we all KNOW what happened after that!

This year is different. I don't believe Bush stands a chance this year. After the next debates, it will become more and more apparent who people will be voting for, and we won't need polls to tell us it is so. Just look at how well Kerry did in the first one. The next debates are hardly even worth Bush showing up to. The first debate was all Bush was running on, and now without that, he is done. Don't worry Tex, there will not be a repeat of 2000. I guarantee it. IF I'm wrong I'll buy you dinner...
