It's not new one.
Parade is parade. That picture i think from WW2 victory day in 2008. It was fisrt parade with weapon since 198X. Well its just a parade

Why people went gym?... To show their body!
Its even not neccesary show their power they just show how big they are... And you know, it makes them more safer because no one want to figth with guy with musculs.
Do you feel simple logic?
