Racially disproportionate numbers of people of color incarcerated. Phenomena of 'driving while black'.
Without affirmative action, people of color would not have made the gains they have because they would have been screened out and prevented from getting education and jobs. You have to cut diamonds with other diamonds. Institutional racism would not have changed much without affirmative action. Study history.
