You are mostly wrong and here is why;

1) affirmative action = institutionalized racism.

2) public schools are funded by taxpayer dollars

3) if whites earn more ,then they pay more for school taxes meaning there is a disproportionate contribution rate to public education by whites

4) many school districts have directives to close the achievement gaps. IOW spend more time,money and energy on blacks. Never mind it will not work,but that's a topic for another thread and is institutionalzed racism.

5) and most importantly studies show that blacks that have the cognitive ability to succeed academically will succeed in spite of the quality of the school.
