OK, Michelle Obama got a raise of $195,052 a year.
That's the equivalent of 1625 poor folks treated per year or approximately 140 a month, treated or turned away.
Her raise was a 62% increase in salary, any idea what exactly would justify that at the expense of 1625 poor people per year? Of course that was just her raise, to be certain she wasn't the only one.

I'd guess the position is either worth that money, or she earned it by achieving a cost savings through the program she helped start.
Don't be over-impressed with "62%". I've received a 42% raise at one job, due to exceptional performance. It's not unheard of.
Besides, your largest flaw here is that it's "at the expense" of poor people. Since they received the medical care they needed (for a few hundred dollars in cost instead of $1,200), you're in nowheresville on this one. Seems to be a pattern with you.
Bottom line: health care costs were reduced and more patients are now getting attention. I think you should report this to the FBI.
