I actually used to like eating Hooters' crab legs with a few pitchers of beer...

Anyway, to the story...eh. I'm not really sure what the point of a Chinese Hooters is. A similar establishment could be much more successful if done in a locally-inspired way, rather than taking a cue from the West. I guess it's brand-name fervor.
