The whole thing is I doubt that this incident amounts to anything more than a hill of beans being blown out of proportion by the right wing. The guy probably revved his engine - a sign of affection in some cultures - and the (understandably) butt-chafed republican vote fixer Katherine Harris got all huffy about it. Rush Limbaugh and the like have probably made it sound like he ran her over and drug her under his car for fifty miles.

Get over it.
