that could have been pivotal if it turned to Kerry, it did not. Pennsyvania will be the key stone that will absolutely collapse Kerry if tit goes Bush. Florida will not matter if kerry loses PA. Again West Virginia shows that there is no turning or reverse trending to Kerry.
