So now the election is over....

And I'm sure you are all happy with the result.

But the Truth is, You really have no idea how badly you've screwed yourselves... and America...and the World....

So throw 3 cheers for your victory. For the Gays and Lesbians down the street who will never marry. Yeah that was as much of a threat to America as Osama (who? I hear you ask?)

For the Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company who's stock you've just increased. Now they don't have to go through all that tedious QC testing and price control like they do in Canada.

For the 50 year old woman across town who was just diagnosed with cancer.....pat yourself on the back, you saved America the cost of her social security since she'll die before she ever reaches 62.

For your grandson who just lost his special ed. funding thanks to an underfunded program.
Now he can look forward to being drafted at age eighteen..... You must be so proud.

Maybe it's true that ignorance is bliss. That it's easier to just go with the flow...not make waves and to try and take America and the world back to the 40s - actually, the 1840's it would seem.
But civilization has never advanced by standing still or moving backwards. I don't see many of you riding horse and buggies. And this country DESPITE what you may believe, was not founded on that. And just like the Roman empire fell. So to, someday shall we.

You just hastened that day by decades. If not centuries.

If you were too blind to see it in the last four years of the hell that you created. Get ready, 'cause it's gonna get worse.

I know you don't believe me. You think I'm Drinking sour grapes, But that's often what the best wine is made from.
And as the saying goes....

You can live in staunch denial and mark me as your enemy, but I'm just a voice among the throng who wants a brighter destiny.
