There is no way she's going to serve that sentence. Even if a judge imposed it, it would be overturned on appeal.
But, as the mom of a 15-year-old girl...my only thought is..."wtf is my daughter doing on myspace right now?" (Actually, she's in bed, reading, it's 10:30 here). But, you know what I'm saying.
