You are sounding like an Israeli Army Spokesperson:

"The journalist was carrying his camera in such an angle that the troops mistook them for a terrorist with a rifle, so they fired pre-emptively, killing him"
You really believe that?
And yes, Israel has been documented as shooting at, sometimes killing, international journalists, often with little regret.
