Not once did I mention my hopes for suffering in Iraq. My question is what is going to happen in the next few years. There is no exit plan. Are we occupiers? The people in Iraq have told us to leave but we are still there.
They will be electing their own government in a few months...just like Afghanistan (Cant help notice that criticism of Afghanistan has all but evaporated since their own successful elections occurred without incident). If they elect their own representatives, and we do not override the decisions of those representatives, then we are not occupiers. Correct?

The people of Iraq have not "told" us anything...no one appointed you to speak for them.

How many of those people who we are "saving for freedom" are planting roadside bombs at night?
Was Timothy McVeigh speaking for the American People when he blew up the OK City building? Was he speaking for you?

A relative handful of malcontents does not = The People of Iraq. You liberals really need to grasp that concept.

The fighting will never end until we leave.
It is irresponsible and dangerous (both to them and us) to leave until the new government is firmly established.

I think liberals know this, which is why they want us to leave. They know the longer we are there, the better the chances the new government will take hold. And of course the credit would go to Bush and the Republicans. Cant have that now can we?

Do yourself a favor and stop watching Fox news.
I used to watch CBS, but then they started inventing their own stories.
