This particular phase of the global war on terror started in 2002.. a phase that has become harder and taking longer that it needs to be because....
A date was set and a decision was made to invade another country, Iraq, by 2003.
It is now 2004 and the bulk of the battle-ready us military (+100,000 soldiers) are nation-building and garrisoned in Iraq.
WHY ARE WE F"INGING AROUND IN IRAQ while the real enemy is still in Afghanistan?!@
