Explain how such D.E.W. with its technological arms be put
into operation in order to attack any concievable American Architecture,or ANY known establishments.

That shows the construction of D.E.W. important technological arms important to the firing of 'High- Energy Photon' or its equivalent detrimental to the assumed target.
