If everyone has a equal say of course its not democratic, there would be no leader. I think communism is extreme socialism crossed with anarchy. I know we've has Stalin and Lennon etc. But in my perfect communist every person would vote on every change of law or adjustment in pay etc.

Anyway how did the communist party get voted out of Poland?
