You did nothing of the sort. You misrepresented some fetal homicide statutes to serve your purpose. That has been show to you repeatedly, but as usual in your intellectually dishonest manner, you keep repeating it anyway.

Prove that the two are always synonymous.

I believe that you are mistaken.

A person (plural: persons or people; from Latin: persona, meaning "mask") is a human being, or an entity that has certain capacities or attributes associated with personhood, for example in a particular moral or legal context
By that definition, not all persons are human beings, but all human beings are persons. Therefore, to logically separate the two in the abortion context, one would have to prove that a "zef" is not a human being.

The onus is on lifers to provide proof that a zef is a human being.

If I point to a rat and say .. That rat is a human being and so we should make a law giving it the rights of personhood .. It is up to me to prove that a rat is a human.

if all human beings were rats at one time, YES!

Are you implying that fetuses at any time were considered human beings or persons? When, where and how did this manifest itself?

I have proven to you that they are right now, at both the federal and state level. You just cannot comprehend it somehow.

No, you have misrepresented fetal homicide laws, but that was NOT the question. Let me clarify for you. Before fetal homicide laws, according to you, how were fetuses treated by the law?

Fetal homicide laws simply are what they are. I have QUOTED them, so I clearly did not misrepresent them. They recognize the personhood of a fetus, but more importantly so does a FEDERAL law, the Unborn Victims of Violence Act!

So your blowing off means nothing.

BTW, you now want to go back 40 years to determine whether or not a fetus is a person? Why not go back to pre slavery days to determine if African Americans are people then?

All human beings were "great apes" at one time .. that does not make Great apes human.
