Default Should men have a voice about abortion?

I think men should not be allowed to decide on abortion because it does not effect them. Here is an article from an Med School student that I agree with 100 percent. Please read the article before answering.

I am a white male and if you read the comment about the blog you would understand the mental pain men go through during an abortion, especially if they indeed did want it. So men are as directly effected by an abortion as women.

Second, if you know anything about the law you would know that men end up paying child support for a baby that they may not have wanted. I think if your going to take away the mans right to a say then you should also take away the responsabilty that comes with supporting the baby. If women can get rid of a baby because of inconvienance then so should a man be able to.

I'm not going to say one way or another on whether or not i agree with abortions. Obviously there not going to go away anytime soon so men should be givin a voice as long as they are around.

I'm 22. It would not directly affect me if killing anyone 21 and under were legalized, but being the meddling pro-lifer that I am, I'm opposed to allowing such killing for the same reason that I'm opposed to killing babies. I might add that excluding 49% of the population from deciding (i.e. voting) on an issue is contrary to democracy.
