Contraception frequently fails, even for women who are neither lazy nor promiscuous. Pregnancy requires a year of a woman's life (including recovery), and then not all children can be adopted, so the decision belongs to the woman regarding her own body and life. Forcing a woman to continue a pregnancy is just as objectionable as forcing her to terminate one.

No, killing that doctor is an act of defense, while your killing of the person that wants to kill the doctor would be an clear act of aggression and could even make you an accomplice to the doctors murderous scheme.
