Is killing an abortion doctor murder or self defense?

This was brought on from another article I read regarding the laws they want to pass in South Dakota, namley that killing someone in order to protect a fetus would be considered self deffense. THe way the law is worded, it would make it totally legal to kill abortion doctors.

Sadly, quite a few people spoke up in deffense of this law, and claimed that if someone did kill an abortion doctor because of it, it would be for self deffense.

What are they going to do for an encore - pass a law making Pi equal 3.0???

Has someone been putting lead in the water in South Dakota??

If you killed the doctor because he or she was trying to kill you, it would probably be justifiable homicide.

The fact the attacker is an abortion doctor makes no difference there.

where did it go? If you mean post-abortion that there is no human being any longer then you are correct. It was killed

Your question is inherently flawed. Protecting another person is not "self-defense", because they are not you. Self=you.

Why would you think that the single cell at conception is "a living human" ?

I dont generalize to much, but i wonder at how one handles having a job sucking tiny babies out of wombs all day. yes, there are late term abortions folks, not "just clusters of cells" which is weird because that's what I'm made of too!
