America is all about someone's right to their own opinion. I don't think it's the government's place to say anything about abortion, it is up to the individuals involved. Someone's right to do something shouldn't be taken away just because someone else thinks it's wrong.

Gonna have to do better than that. Otherwise murder, rape, other numerous crimes should not be illegal. Some people don't think they are wrong and they are entitled to their opinion.

Murdering an unborn child has an effect on the child, because it has been erased from existence, so it has definite effect. A woman a really dislike once said something and though I dislike her I had to agree with what she said on this occassion "murder is murder,is murder." Now she was not talking about abortion but I feel these words are appropiate for this topic .

Is the fetus aware it no longer exists? No. It is never aware of it's existance until it is born.

How about a 5 year old?

Abortion is a state issue let them decide.
personally i am anti-life though but i don't have a right to impose that on groups of people who think differently.
