Default Demo. position on abortion

Just trying to clarify. . . I have over heard that if Kerry is elected, it will become alright to have an abortion at anytime during a pregnancy, including the day before birth.
I am very curious about this, if anyone has any information about this I would really appreciate it. Thank you!!!!

Default .....

Any laws that Kerry would want to pass would still have to be passed by both houses of Congress. And FYI, it is legal right now for a woman to have an abortion at any point in the preganancy, but I doubt that you will find many doctors willing to do one so late as in the example you provide.

Default Dem position on abortion

This procedure is called "partial birth abortion" meaning a person can be
partially born and still aborted. The democrats have fought to keep this legal
but Bush has fought against it. I am not sure of the status of this law.
