Even though a fetus constitutes "organic" it lacks thought and intuition. By the logic that pro-lifers use any form of euthanasia and anti-bacterials should be outlawed.

yes, zach. but unfortunately, their mindset is so inclined to be subjective that they wont see how thats even a valid comparison. their emotional selves will reject the very thought. this becomes obvious when they use misleading photos and pictures; their activists argue their position by inciting human emotion -- just short of explicitly discouraging reason.

do you know what the above statement means? there is no "mostly unique;" thats like saying "sometimes always," its an oxymoron - its either one or the other.
You are incorrect, per google the phrase mostly unique comes up with over 3 million hits making the use of the phrase not so unique. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search

A few probably do, but that is irrelevant. All pregnant women could have abortions within 5 days. Is this a problem for your view?

Would a woman even know if she were pregnant within five days?

No, but there was reference to women havng abortions at five days, and I don't believe a woman even knows she is pregnant at this stage.

No. I said that a fertilized egg doesn't even reach the uterus wall, attach itself and start growing until 5 days after it has been fertilized. What is the magic soul doing during this interim?

According to leading medical authorities – such as the National Institutes of Health and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists – pregnancy begins when the fertilized egg implants in the lining of a woman's uterus. Implantation begins five to seven days after sperm fertilizes the egg, and the process is completed several days later.

Since an abortion is the termination of pregnancy and pregnancy doesn't begin until implantation, what do you call it when a fertilized egg is terminated before implantation?

A period? I don't know.

Week 4 - Pregnancy Week-By-Week:

Taking root! Implantation occurs. Once the blastocyst gets to the uterus, it searches for a spot to settle down. Blastocyst means "sprout pouch," and these cells begin to divide into two groups - those that form the placenta and those that form the baby. The blastocyst will burrow itself into the lining of the uterus which is called implantation.

Week 4
The fused egg, or blastocyst, is attached deep inside the uterus. It keeps dividing to form tissues in the uterus, both for the baby and the mother.

http://www.pregnancy-period.com/firs...k_by_week.html

Implantation - Some spotting (also known as implantation bleeding) may occur about 10 - 14 days after conception - or in the fourth gestational week of pregnancy. You may believe you are starting your period but generally this bleeding is extremely light and lasts only a day or so.

http://www.pregnancy.org/pregnancy/f...ent1.php#week4

It doesn't happen five days after conception.

And oh yeah, I'm pregnant. And I had implantation pain in my fourth week of pregnancy. Around two weeks after conception.

And to answer the question about whether or not you would even know you are pregnant within five days. I did. I knew the second I conceived. I've known quite a few women that has happened for. Beyond any shadow of a doubt. This doesn't happen to everyone, however - it's very individual. There's no way of telling that you are five days pregnant without a blood test, and even then, your hGC levels would be so low at five days that it probably wouldn't even register on a blood test.

I knew I was pregnant though, so I tested well before my period was overdue, and was proved right!
