Default I would support a ban on terminations if . . . .
I would support a ban on terminations if it was a complete ban, no different for the poor and the rich. No woman would be allowed to travel outside of the USA, even to Mexico or Canada for the day, until she had notes from two separate doctors that she was not or could not be pregnant.

No more flights to Switzerland for a private procedure and a little skiing.

There is a lack of reasoning behind your arguement. Just imagine if there was a complete ban - would you include exceptions, as Joker says, for rape or incest, or if the pregnancy poses a serious risk to the life of the mother?

That is the official position of the Church of Rome. Even if both mother and fetus will die, a termination, even to save the mother, is a sin. I am unaware that they have changed their view.
