I wish people would stop misusing the term pro-life. Seriously, anyone that using that term is just blatently ignorant. Pro-life basically means pro-organism, and the closest people to that are vegetarians and environmentalists. Whats wrong with using the term anti-abortion, since that is the issue being discussed. Life is involved in the discussion of the abortion issue, it is not THE issue.

If you ate a steak recently then you obviously endorse the taking of life, end of story.

Maybe a indirect killer of animals (life), but not a murderer. Murder is the unlawful act of one person killing another person.

To most American Fascists this an issue that doesn’t need much or really any deliberation.

Abortion is plain and simple murder and murder again. Under a Fascist state this would be banned as a method of birth control.

There only a few occasions when abortion would be allowed these instances include rape, incest, deformity or major mental illness and finally if the mothers life is in danger.

Any other forms of abortion are outright murder.

I don't see how a government that is so rampently supportive of the death penalty is so against the death of a mere fetus. Given the federal government is willing to stick the death needle in a full grown person for no reason at all, what power do they have to deny people from killing a fetus, while trampling on the rights of women.

Obviously the courts interpreted the constitution and believed the women's right to an abortion was given. The surpreme court would simply render any banning of an abortion unconstitution.

Maybe because the fetus hasn't yet gone out and committed any good rapes, robberies, or murders yet.

Except that the membership of the 2005 Court and the 1973 Court is different. Even if the membership of the Court was still the same as it was in 1973, they could still overrule themselves.

People who have been sentenced to death have been investigated, arrested, indicted, and convicted. It's not for no reason that we stick a needle in certain convicted criminals.

First of all, I'm not necessarily pro-life nor am I "without regard for human life." (Nice sloganeering, kid! Too bad there's no substance!) But I do think that people are idiots for making kids they can't support. And I also think that it is irresponsible to rely primarily upon retroactive birth control when so many forms of proactive birth control are readily available.
