Introduction:

A social - entity population of people that once lived in peace in the heart of Africa now live in a more devastating life as stateless persons, displaced persons, refugees being thrown up and down on their own land where they cannot talk and whistle even, unable to mention to say about their identity. This social - entity population are sometimes referred to as the mere population - groups of sudanic origins or race in Africa. Meanwhile, the term race is not often a concise terminology acceptable in use as there can be only one human race as such. One can as well prefer not to use it then, but could prefer to choose and effectively adopt and adapt to use the very common sense in meaning of the term identity of the different people and in releation to a social life they choose to live within by themselves and presentable in harmony with other social entities or groups of people. It is through this that; be countries, nations, states or kingdoms come about. Lado on her own came about through such man kind formation as a nation - country - state - kingdom to say least and it underwent and or is stil undergoing through various historical and civic events in human life. The people of Lado lived. They can pick their history stories, archaeological findings and anthropological studies way back from 3000 BC.

The Name Sudan

The name ( SUDAN ) is being wrongly used and doesn,t reflect a Social -- way of life of SOCIETY - INDENTITY ---- The name Sudan in a broad sense refers in Arabic terms of language to blacks of Africa south of sahara - desert , i.e a vast extending area in a covering up belt from the West African coast of Atlantic ocean to the East African coast of Indian ocean . Within this belt region territory there have been and in history , lived human beings in organised social way of living life within the geographical areas of Nation - Countries or State - Kingdoms . The fall of the World's Super power
Pharaonic Rule collapsed definately with the rising Kingdoms of the North Africa : Egypt being divided into three kingdoms of Upper , Lower and Middle , and The Nuba people who fought along side the people of Lado , chose to settle around the foot hills of Mt Nuba territory becoming Kingdom of Nuba . Together with the Kingdom of Makuria they formed the Kingdoms of North Sudan . The Lado people moved onto settle on the foot hills of the mountain which they named Mt Lado in 687 b.c lying in the Sudan Central Africa with the southern tip end territory extending up to Lake Ombizako , name in Lui language of Lado , " today called Lake Albert in Central Africa " in a foreign language . The Berlin treaty of 26th feb, 1885 in history opened the chapter for this matter of the colonisation of Africa . The article 6 of the treaty is very clear on this issue . The Central - Africa ( Lado ) remained the biggest problem ever , since from 1885 till todate , because in a broad legal sense Lado people as a Nation - State refused and still reject to Sign to the former colonial and to the present forces which aspire still for the the overal a legitimate control of Central Africa - Lado . That means Lado has not been colonised by any foreign forces in accordance to the Berlin treaty as such . The Berlin treaty is still enforce as there is not yet a treaty signed like , of the Berlin conference which established the treaty itself , to cancel it . Colonial and present extra forces know more about this but unfortunately it seems most African community members of today may or may not know of this fact thus living Lado dissolve in nulla . Up to now there has still been no present African Nation - State as such , that has at least a courage to put to the International community ( such is to U.N ) to challenge the illegality of the Berlin treaty and its implications . May be , there is a definate answer to that when the present known Nation - states in Africa acquired their independences from the colonial powers in the most absurd incomprenhensible way which only favoured for a second time the application of the implication of the Berlin treaty . For the second time , all the , with few exception , African country leaders , in such away , only to attain indepedence obeyed to sign to live and exist under the power Authority ruling of the foreign powers and for them especially in making decisions in the wide and apart , complicated international political affairs which obviously remains beyond the capacity of these determined small subordinate nations . In international relations , these are described as countries with no Capacity and therefore no Soverenity . This is the reason why these independent African nations find themselves in difficulties to raise the issue of Lado affairs at an International confernce for discussions . Independence and freedom for Lado to be established according to the provvisions of the United Nations charter.

Where is Lado and her people in Africa now ?

The geographical area of Lado is located at the " White Nile " in the Nile - Congo Watershed Region , which also shares borders with Sudan, Central African Republic D R Congo, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia . But if you check your World maps, Lado is not found. The reason being that the West and the Europeans have pulled out Lado from the maps by stretching out the Lado country to Sudan, Uganda, the Congo and the Central African Republic countries . This prerogative objective was a master mind
complot and finally to result as a conquest and totally destruction of Lado as a people and Land . Done this from 1910 - 1914 , Britain and Lado entered into a military war battle with Lado which lasted for 5 years from 1914 - 1919 . The war came to a stop as peace agreement ( Truce ) was reached and signed by Britain and Lado in 1920 . A Senior Police High Commissioner in South Africa Mr E. Weatherhead , who indeed
participated in the Lugbari ( Lado ) British War from 1914-1919, was the British envoy sent to Odupi in Lado to sign this agreement on belhaf of the British Crown The British on the diplomatic character honoured to respect the existence of the State of Lado The Agofe / King of Lado signed the peace agreement for Lado As a legitimate recognition , the Agofe ( King ) of Lado was awarded the Merit of the highest Order in Council of the Queen ( The title O M. ) Mr E . While this territory remains in being of the Free State of the Congo , it will have a special flag " The territory within the agreement was divided in two zones by the line of the 30 degrees : the western one would always belong to the Sovereigns of the Free State of the Congo and the Eastern one would be rented to the Sovereign and would return to British Sovereignty after the death of Leopoldo II.
After protests of France to Leopoldo II , it was agreed in turn that the territory to the East of the line of the 30 degrees was reduced to 15,000 miles square. This territory became the Enclave of Side ( although it was not an enclave ) , a seperate administration was established in the city of Side , Capital Lado . The population of Lado is estimated at 7 million souls It is composed of mainly Sudanics who are are divided into 29 ethnic - tribe groups ( Lugbari , Madi - Moru , Bari , Kaliko , Logo , Kebu - Ndu , Lendu , Avukaya , Gimara , Azande , Makaraka , Kuku , Gbaka and etc .......... The Alur - Jonam are the only non - Sudanic ethnic . They are a Luo ethnic The languages spoken in Lado are Lua , Lue , Lui , Luu and Luo tribes with afflilliation to the State of Lado . Specifically the spoken Lui language is understandable to all for communications .

In December 1906 a similar agrement was reached with Italy and successfully with Portugal , Spain and Germany all in all forcing these countries not to come into military help , assistance and not to trade with Lado . 1907 : In the same manner , in 1907 , Britain reached another agreement with Russia to obtain the Russian abstaintion from assisting Lado when at war with Britain in exchange for Iran which was important to Russia ( cf . - Arua treaty between Lugbari and Russia for mutual cooperation . ) . 1920 : From 1914 - 1919 , War broke up between Britain and Lado which in history is know as Lugbari - British war . It was fought for 5 years and ended in 1920 with the peace treaty signed at Odupi in Lado . There has been no treaty signed by Lado for recognition of the British Crown till todate . 1936 : From then 1926 there has been always tension between British occupant and Lado and again war broke out into the Kakua - kajo - keji war of between 1931 - 1936 . The war did not end until the United States ( U . S . A ) intervention by President Franklin D .

( intention was to hide the knowledge that Lado is a seperate State from Uganda since 1892 . ) . 1971 : Uganda ' s plot for the extermination came into picture in 1971 of the 1967 master plan to finalise but failed in carrying it out in January 1971 . The result came out of the over throw of the President of Uganda Mr Apollo Milton Obote ( a Luo trbe of Uganda State . ) . And by the Military hierachy Major General Idi Amin ( a Sudanic - Kakua by tribe from Lado ) took over the State Affairs of Uganda on 25th January 1971 ) . In the re - orgainsation of the State of Uganda General Idi Amin thought it wise to take back the Sovereignity of Uganda to view the Uganda - Lado relations This became a big blow defeat for the British . The European States divided the African Continent amongst them on 3 August 1875 . The LADO Issue, and the abominable treatment of the LADO People was close to Weatherhead ' s heart, and during his time as Police Commissioner of South Africa he drew up a Peace Agreement between LADO and England ( 1919-1920). Other British VIP ' s, like Governor-General, Sir Charles Gordon ( well known as China ) and Prime Minister Winston Churchill, also warmly supported the Independence of LADO, and as did Queen Elizabeth II in 1954 when she promised LADO Independence by May 1960 - but Powerful Political and Business Interests always stood in the way and blocked the Independence of LADO. The History of Lado and the People of Lado is characterised or indeed one , which is covered in , since theirs has always been a case of defending their Homeland and their Right to choose their own Way of Life on their own Land. The idea of this mission in Central Africa either came about at the instigation of Father Ryllo, a missionary in Syria, or thanks to the work of Father Casolani, a Maltese priest, who had made easier through his a special study of the geography of Cental Africa. Anyhow, Father Casolani was asked by the Propaganda Fide to furnish the urgently needed documentation regarding the unknown interior Sudan belt region of Africa. According to Casolani , there were two ways to penetrate into the interior Africa to reach the Central Heart of Africa : one leading from the Atlantic coast and the other from Northern Africa. Father Casaloni himself judged the road from Tripoli to be the safer one and therefore suggested that the Propaganda enlarged the existing Prefecture Apostolic of Tripoli with the Sahara, and to use the Prefecture as a base for further missionary undertaking. When he made clear that he would accept the leadership of a new expedition, he was appointed Vicar Apostolic of a new Vicariate. It became an independent circumscription, including also the Eastern areas of Sudan, bordering on the Vicariate Apostolic of Egypt and Arabia and the Prefecture Apostolic of Abyssinia : ( Brief: " Ex debito pastoralis officii " of Pope Gregory XVI, 3 April 1846 ). The erection of the vicariate, independent of the Prefecture Apostolic of Tripoli including the Eastern Sudan part came as a surprise. It was on 26 January 1846 that the Congregatio Generalis with the approval of Pope Gregory XVI decided to start a reconnoitering expedition in Sudan Central Africa . Nevertheless,the decree of erection was issued two months later, and this emphasized the clear intention of the Propaganda Fide to start the mission at once . Originally Casolani ' s attention was directed to the Western Sudan part of the Vicariate only ; he intended to explore the Kingdoms of Bournou, Niffe, Hausa, Bambara and the much - discussed town of Timbuktu . The inclusion of the eastern part brought about a change in his plans and he diverted his attention Eastward. He now considered the way along the Nile in order to reach South to Central Africa up to Lado territory easier than the route across the Sahara desert. Some wavering and puzzling attitude of Casolani in conducting his mission caused Father Ryllo to become the leader of this group . Father Ryllo died, and was succeeded by Father IgnaceKnoblecher of the Austrian Instutute " Marien-Verein ", which adopted the mission and ent more missionaries as well as financial support. The missionaries on their move southwards succeeded in opening the centres at Khartoum, Gondokoro and Holy Cross , but all efforts proved to be in vain due to the loss of workers in the merciless conditions - whereabout there was already a great deal of Islamic influence . But Don Mazza of the Verona Institute came to the rescue, but could not last in the stay for long . In 1860 the Vicariate was in a desperate position, and the only solution to meet the desperate situation was judged to be the handing over of the mission to a religious congregation . As a last resort Propaganda fide called in once again the Franciscans to whom the vicariate was formally transferred in 1861. This too proved to be a make shift measure only and in 1866 the last station was closed . The Vicariate of Egypt took over the administration of the VicariateApostolic of Central Africa. The devoted service of half a generation of many a human life seemed to have ended in failure. In the same year 1866, Cardinal Lavigerie accepted the care of the western part of the vicariate, which became the Prefecture Apostolic of the Sahara . Msgr. Daniel Comboni became the champion of the cause of the Vicariate Apostolic of Central Africa ; he worked unceasingly for the reopening of the mission. Finally, in 1872, he and his followers of the Verona Institute
" pro missionibus apud nigritos " started work in the Re - established Vicariate, which had been reduced in size by the creation of the Prefecture Apostolic of the Sahara. The vast region area Sudan --- by the Decree of 14 Feb , 1911 , limited the nothern limits of the Prefecture Apostolic of Ubangi - chari extending it to the 13 degree N Lat . , the new territory being taken away from the Vicariate Apostolic of the Sudan
Central Africa. Futhermore re - organisation of Central Africa was done on May , 1913, whereby the Prefecture Apostolic of Bar - el - Gazal was newly formed by seperating it from the Sudan mission Central Africa once again ; by the Decree signed on 30 May , 1913 , thus the official name of the new mission changed to be the Vicariate Apostolic of Khartum. Yet , The Central Africa Vicariate remains the Vicariate Central Africa - ( Lado ) with Main Large Population of Catholic Faith and those of Ori Faith in common . There are no religious fights which go on in Sudan Central Africa in the plight as always is the propaganda by the western mass media to divide the thinking mind of the African people . This is done in an effort to create an Empty Territory in LADO for Foreign Settlement. One outstanding major Player in this Unjust and Inhuman Action against LADO is the Sudanese Peoples Liberation Movement ( SPLM ) which has been led by the late Colonel John Garang, a Dinka by Tribe from South Sudan State ( Upper Nile Region, Bahr-el-Ghazel Region and the Lake District Region ) . The SPLM got and gets a full Support from Britain - USA
through the Governments of Uganda and of Kenya. That is one of the Reasons why the President of Uganda is described as the " Darling of the West ". However it could have looked in hopes that the recent Agreement in 2003 , between the SPLM
and the Sudan Government should have resulted in a quick removal of all SPLM Bases on / in LADO Territory, the Repatriation of the South Sudanese Refugees from LADO Territory, and the Resettlement of the Displaced People of LADO. All the Displaced People of LADO had to return and resettle on their own Jorovu ( Tribal Lands in Ituri, Nile, Uele, Rohli, Yeyi and Kineti ) which are all on LADO Territory. The Lado people looked forward to the time when SPLM and Uganda woul stop to enslave and to kill the People of LADO with impunity with the full Blessings of their Super Power Allies . But not only that to Lado ' s expection , there have been plans to destroy only the State of Lado . Governments of Rwanda and of Uganda, in particular, have been supported ( Diplomatically, Politically, and Financially ) by Britain and the USA to Colonise the State of LADO so that the State of Lado is killed and removed as a Political Entity in Central Africa. And then the Territory of LADO is to be shared among Uganda, Rwanda, and Sudan on behalf of Britain and their Allies who are very much against the Existence of the State of LADO as a Political Entity in Central Africa. ( God or the Devil may know why the Anglo-Saxon World does not want to see LADO as a Political Entity ) . For the last fifty-seven (57) years the People of LADO have been living as Refugees, Displaced Persons on their own Land and as Stateless Persons. They have been killed with impunity by some Governments of the Neighbouring / Surrounding Countries. There have been Plans to Exterminate Millions of some of the People of LADO, in order to take the Territory of LADO, especially by Uganda, since 1967, and Rwanda (1997) whose Troops are / were under the Command of British and European Officers . For the last 20 (1980) years the Foreign Troops have roamed LADO Villages, Settlements and Towns , killing with impunity under the Nose and Eyes of the UN. No less than 4 million People of LADO have been killed since then. In fact one can realise that the Black African Lives, especially Lives of the People of LADO, are of little or no value at all compared to other Human Beings, especially those from Western Europe .

LADO HAS HISTORIC AND LEGAL RIGHT TO ITS HOMELAND :

Historically and legally Lado has the sovereign rights to its own state in the territory which is otherwise described as the " Lado Enclave " or " Equatoria " - though a little more than fifty years ago the name " Lado ", one of the world's oldest kingdoms, could be found on every world atlas . British still refuse to let go of Her Imperial Colonial Pride and Prejudice in a Bizarre Remnant of the modern variety of British Pride and Prejudices as in the Case of the State of LADO .

REMNANTS OF COLONIALISM IN AFRICA TODAY .

The many Wars and Armed Conflicts raging on the African Continent, in Congo-Zaire, in Sierra Leone, Liberia and between Ethiopia and Eritrea are Remnants of the European Partitioning of the African Continent splitting Kingdoms, States and People regardless of their Cultural or Ancestral Background, The present National Entities and their Borderlines are not Natural but have instead resulted in a number of Artificially Created States inhabited by People of Different National and Cultural Heritage. Within these Nations, ( Modern Created States as such by the Western / Europeans in Africa ) , the African People have been forced to Subordinate to a Common and Artificial Nationality with no relation to their own Heritage. Family Members are Cultivating Vast Farmlands to growing Luxury Goods, such as Tobacco, Coffee, Cocoa, Bananas, Cotton, etc., in order to Stock the Shelves of the Shops and the Supermarkets in the West. All the while the Africans and their Children are forced to work like Slaves with Hungry Bellies and no Rights. Not even the Rights to their own Land and its Resources. Those who have not been Fortunate enough to find Slave Labour are Lucky if they can Survive on Hand-outs donated by the Relief
Agencies who are Competing to Provide for the Hungry and Needy Masses in the Third World, whose Children they can use as Guinea Pigs in their " Mass Innoculation
Programs ". Africa is a Giant Laboratoryfor this purpose . Along with the findings of Minerals and Precious Stones, Cheap Labour is in high demand on the African Soil which is to be Mined and Cultivated for the growth of Luxury Commodities, Foodstuffs, Cash Crops and Plantations for European and American Consumption. The Aim of Colonialism was to create New Markets in Africa, taking the African Raw Materials( Minerals and Agricultural Produce ) and shipping them to Western Europe and America for manufacture whereupon the Manufactured Goods were sold in the New Markets in Africa at an Overprice . This chain of events has chained the African Population in Perpetual Poverty, e.g. the Foreign Debt to African Independent Countries which is the modern and authorised form of Slavery. In one form the three Big C's were introduced into the African Nations : Civilisation, Christianity and Commerce. With this Hidden Agenda, which is still in force for Africa today, was covered by a Front " The British Anti-Slavery Society" which was ironically established in 1839 to campaign for an end to the Inhumane Slavery . Yet this was a supported Colonial Rules Enforced by Military Slavery transforming it into Colonialisation starting with the Dismantling of the existing African Kingdoms and Nations, drawing Colonial Borders and bringing in the Military to enforce the Colonial Rules over the African People, all of which was formalised in August 1875 at the Paris Conference . Ten years later, at the Berlin Conference, 15 November 1884 to 26 February 1885, the Slave Masters took the next step, splitting the Cake by partitioning Africa amongst themselves, and this time the Partners included the USA, the Ottoman Empire ( Turkey ) and Imperial Russia . The Today's so called Independent African Countries
are Remnants of the " Split Cake " ( African Partition ), which are ruled by Kings, Presidents and Prime Ministers who are only loyal to their former Colonial Masters .

LADO AND BRITISH COMMONWEALTH

A British Imperial Army ( King's African Rifles ) was established in 1891 under the Kavalli Agreement of 17 September 1891. The Agreement was signed by the English Captain Frederick D. Lugard who later became the Governor- General of Nigeria and , a Citizen of Lado Major Selim Matera It was him Governor - .General. Lugard who developed the British Colonial Doctrine called The Dual Mandate ( Indirect Rule ), which is still in force through the Commonwealth Pyramid Divide-and-Rule System with the Queen / King on top, and under the Sovereign Head are the British
Administrators, and below them the Local African Chiefs. The only difference today is that the British Administrators are replaced by the African Presidents who are operating as Governor - Generals dancing to the tune of Remote Control These British Commonwealth African Kings, Presidents and Prime Ministers rule in the firm belief that they are the True Sovereign Heads of their Countries. But in actual fact they have
been reduced to mere Governor - Generals / Administrators ( International Public Law ). In Reality then this explains why the many different Indiginous Peoples of Africa, consisting of four Main Social Entities - " Races " ( Bantus, Hamitics,Sudanics and Nilotics ) believe they are Independent . That is also the reason behind the Conflict between the Tutsis ( Hamitics ) and the Hutus ( Bantus ) in Rwanda and Burundi. However, few people realise that the Real Owners of Rwanda nd Burundi are the Indigenous People, the Twa People ( Batua ) , who are close counsins of the Pygmies. Rwanda and Burundi ( formerly Urundi ) used to be one Country, along with Tanganyika, before the First World War. The Territory belonged to Germany and was known as German East Africa. In Colonial Legacy - When the First World War ended, Rwanda - Urundi ( Burundi ) was given to Belgium, and Tanganyika to the British under the Versailles Treaty of 28 June 1919. To this , today's Conflict between
the Tutsis and the Hutus is a direct result of the Division of the former German Colonies into two parts, one for Britain (Tanganyika) and one for Belgium ( Rwanda -Urundi ). . But for the Deliberate Discrimination The Belgians chose to rule by appointing the Minority Tutsis " Most Favored Ethnic Group ", which carried them forward as the African Intelligentsia Class or the Ruling Elite, who as the new Slave Masters were used to suppress all the other Ethnic Groups. This is the Root of the
Problem, and unless that is recognised and a Political Solution is found, there will be no end to the Bloodshed and Genocide in Central Africa ( which the Western / Europeans see it best lying within for their interest ) . DISCIPLES OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER: are waging Secret War for Return
to Slavery...

As the World is holding its breath waiting for the next bugle call for
War or the next bombing raid, the Disciples of the New World Order are
exercising frantic activity to destroy the World with objective to
total Control, i.e. Centralisation of Power which means that all the
World's natural resources, its technology, scientific research and knowledge
will be gathered on all in a few hands. Most probably all this must
happen before when UN Resolution 43/47 of 1988 steps into force, as the UN
is obliged to grant all countries and peoples Freedom, Sovereinty and
indepedence. That explains the hectic stepping up of military activity
in those parts of the World where there is not concensus to submit into
the New World Order (NWO)system . This is a Secret War for return to
Slavery. And for the Ladoans ( Lado people ) it is a case of fight or die
as all other options have been exhausted after decades of endless
diplomatic talks, hundreds of letters to the UN and Government
Leaders and fruitless attempts to interest the international media in
the plight of Lado, the country which was supposed to be the '"
Forgotten Kingdom of Africa "'. But the Heart of Africa is refusing to die and
give in to the overmight , struggling all alone for her Independence
and Sovereinty becomes a reality. The Provisional Government of the State
of Lado has a blueprint ready for the entire infrastructure of Lado
involving all aspects of government, be it administration, the legal
system, defence, education, health, family, production of food and the basic
needs of the Population, Culture, Communication, Finance and Currency
and not least International Relations. Though Lado is occupied by
foreign troops deployed by Britain in the shape of soldiers from the King's
African Rifles from Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda, SPLM Rebels , the Ladoans
manage to run their own infrastructure through their ' Dicastries '
administered by Religious Bishops under whose Authority all
Educational Institutions are placed, and through the local Chiefs who
are the central and uniting figures for the Tribes and Families who
make up the backbone of the State of Lado.

Lado is synonymous with Freedom and Liberty

As the only country in Africa, Lado has never been colonised, and as
such Lado's role is symbolic for the hopes and Spirit of Freedom for the
rest of the Continent, the Heart of Africa, or even the Heart of the
Planet Earth with Lado's central position at the Equator and with the
life giving force of the Nile as its main Artery. Really it is important
to understand that if you kill the Heart, you kill the Body, and this is
what the NWO Conspirators or Trustees are about to do when they are
trying to get a stranglehold on Lado and annihilate Lado and all Lado
People in secrecy while the World's attention is diverted to an explosive
situation elsewhere, in Kosovo in Yugoslavia , Checheny , Sierraleone ,
Liberia , Ethiopia - Eritrea , Uganda , D R Congo , State of Sudan ,
and Chad. But Lado is not alone anymore. Five other countries are
fighting around us against the Anglo-American Trustees and their willing
henchmen: Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda . Congo / Zaire, Sudan .
Zimbabwe, Angola and Namibia have joined the struggle to free Africa
of the remnants of Colonisation and future Enslavement of the powerful
Transnational Companies, the World Bank and the International Monetary
Fund (IMF). Lado wants a New World Order, but not the World Order
dictated by the Disciples of the New World Order who among their numbers
count the absolute Elite within Finance, Business and Politics and whose
Religion is money and by the means of Money the total Control of all
Countries, Leaders and Peoples . These ' Shadow Governments' of the World,
who have never been elected, know all too well that Lado is the key to
the Liberation of Africa, and the rest of the Humanity, Spiritually,
Morally and Physically. A genuine Liberation from Poverty and Slavery.
However, as the quest for total Global Control and Centralisation of
Power, Finances and Resources is intensifying, the situation of the Lado
People is becoming absolutely desperate. Inside Lado itself
there is intense fighting by every man, woman and child to defend
their ancestral land, and to resist being dragged to camps in the so called
' Protected Villages ', which the Ugandan troops are operating all over
Lado with the expertice of British and American Officers aided by an
effective team of hardneck mercenaries. Throughout Uganda, the approx.
200,000 Ladoans, who live and work there, are rounded up, given in by
neighbours who easily point out the tall, lanky and darkskinned Ladoans
to the Ugandan Security Forces - Uganda National Liberation Army since
from 1979, earlier still to remember of . Sometimes these Innocent
Ladoans were / are refered to as the Sudanese - Nubians whole families, are
hurled off from their homes and taken to internment camps where they
wait to be killed at a time. Recent incidences in year 2005 against Lendu
people and Killings at Ariwara , Yei on Ladoland are of a few to
mention . Their only Crime is being Ladoan and as such living proofs
of the country which refuses to die and vanish into oblivion with its
non - existence on the World Map. Part of the Anglo - American Plan is
to eradicate the Leaders of Lado, and through the years there have been
several assassinations just by the same Conspirators in April 1948 the
King of Lado was gunned down infront of his house before he was going
to address the UN General Assembly in New York on the issue of the

Lado is stepping out of the shadows...

Lado is finally through with the "shadow boxing", which has been the
prerogative for the Lado enclave in the heart of Central Africa for close
to one hundred years. The fight to regain the freedom of the Lado
people and to re - establish the State of Lado will now have to be performed
in the open air arena, and in this day and age the stage will be set in
the UN General Assembly. It has been a long and tough struggle to get
to this point, and the greatest obstacle has been just to get the issue
out of the UN Security Council, which has been sitting on the Lado
issue for fifty years. Lado is now about to be put back on the map of the
African continent, as the UN Security Council has now accepted Article
73 of the UN Charter of 26 June 1945 and Article 1 as well as the
Resolution 1514 (XVXIV) of 14 December 1960. These two articles and the
resolution cancel the UN usage of Article 12, which was used against Lado.
So far the British have obstructed the Independence and more
so the Sovereignty of the Lado Enclave, which they succeeded in hiding
away in the Shadows of " Equatoria " (Nile Congo Watershed) ever since
Lado became Occupied Territory by the violent assasination of the then
Sovereign Head of the State of Lado, in 1948. The occupation was
jointly administered by Britain and Belgium, but in fact none of these
countries ever managed to conquer Lado till this day although they manage to
administer Lado affairs through their former colonies bordering Lado
territory (Congo State, Sudan State and Uganda State). The reason why
Lado managed to break through the UN locker, was that Lado managed to
bring forward the Rights and the Legality of the existing Council of
Chiefs, and the Agofe of Lado, which have been reserved by Article 6 and the
right of people in Article 15 of the Berlin Treaty of 26 February 1885
. Article 15 says that the Rights of the Tribal people must be
protected, and no Agofe of Lado has ever signed a paper to hand over
these Rights. All other chiefs in the continent of Africa had
either been conned or forced at gunpoint into signing a blank piece of
paper, which handed over the rights of their Territories and People to the
particular European Colonial Power. This Article 15 gave the European
Colonizers the Legal Right to own the Land and the People and enabled the
400 year-old slave trade (1440-1840) to continue in a modern-day
modified system of slavery. These proud old African Kingdoms were in fact
transformed into Slave States, and still today they are kept in the
stranglehold of Colonial Power. Some of these powers are Britain, France,
Portugal, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and even Denmark
who formerly occupied Ghana and later sold it to Britain. The legality
of the Berlin Treaty was derived from the Paris Conference which was
concluded on 3 August 1875, the aim of which it was to enslave the
Africans in their own continent. Under the pretext that slave trade
was inhuman, the European and American leaders came to an
understanding and concluded that it would be more profitable to enslave the
Africans in their own African continent under European administration who
would bring the " blessings " of civilization, Christianity and commerce to
the "backward" African souls. This concept was termed "Terra Nullus",
in short the land of the continent of Africa belonged to the European
and American Masters, and not to the Rightful Owners, the African People
The procedure for the practical implementation was laid down in the
Berlin Conference which started 15 November 1884 and was concluded by
signing the Berlin Treaty on 26 February 1885. In fact the Charter of the
OAU (Organization of African Union)of 25 May 1963 was drawn up in such a
way as to keep and maintain the Legal Validity of the Paris Conference
of 1875 enshrined in the Berlin Treaty in 1885. This ingenious way of
controlling the African people is surpassed only by the
Spanish conquestadoros almost five hundred years ago who enslaved the
Indian civilizations of Latin and South America and the Carribean
Islands, including Cuba. The control is made complete by imposing the
language of the Colonizers, i.e. Culture through the instrument of the
education system, religion (Christianity and later Islam) as well as currency
and military. However, that control has never been possible in the
State of Lado, which is the real reason why Lado was punished and removed
from the world map. Till this day the Lado Agofe / King who was
imprisoned by the British in Luzira Upper Prison outside Kampala, where he was
badly beaten and tortured because of his refusal to sign a document to
hand over the Sovereignty of the State of Lado to her Majesty Queen
Elizabeth II of the British Empire is till alive In the following years
there have been numerous attempts on his life which is why he and his
family have been forced to live in exile for thirty-six years
away from their beloved Lado and African soil. But it will not be long
before the King will finally be able to set foot on Lado ground and
reclaim his rightful Kingdom, the Legal State of Lado which was recognised
in 1871 by the former Oppressors the Ottoman
Empire (todays Turkey). Then the name Lado was changed into Equatoria
When the British and Belgians later occupied Lado, the British attempted
to divide the country into first two parts, one part, the western Ituri
/ Uele in the North east Zaire ( Congo ) controlled by the Belgians.
The British controlled part of Lado was named Nile / Equatoria, the
latter now appearing to be the North western part of Uganda ( West Nile
District ) and the Southern part of Sudan State ( Equatoria ) . The
British Divide and Rule Policy, which has worked so perfectly in other parts
of the world, has always been a total failure in Lado due to the strong
feeling of Independence and Sovereignty of the State of Lado ( Central
Africa ) where the Colonial Powers have never managed to subdue the
people of Lado. Of all these the old Colonial Masters are not going to
give up easily, but at least the Belgians are sympathetic to the quest for
Sovereignty of Lado . My people have suffered for three
hundred years, first from the slave trade and then from the hands of
the Colonial oppressors who attempted to divide Lado between Uganda,
Zaire and Sudan, and today the enemies of Lado are the Multinationals who
are ready to let thousands of people die just to get control over the
vast natural resources in central Africa, and not least to keep up the
holy consumerism in the European Union. The big game is money which is
waiting in abundance in the African underground. Rebel leader Laurent
Kabila immediately started to sell out of the concessions to Zaire's
diamond mines and when he gains full control of the rest of Zaire, the
multinationals will have won the rights to excavate the diamond, copper
and gold mines. In Lado the Ladoan people and the Lado Defence Forces are
still holding a brave stance against massive Ugandan troops, and the
SPLM Army (Sudan People Liberal Movement Army) of Col. John Garang, who
have been in Lado for months in a vain attempt to quell
resistance. Hundreds of Ladoans have died in the defence of their
country and their freedom to choose the future for themselves and thousands
more will perish if the foreign troops are not withdrawn May be it's up
to the Americans whether they care enough to save the thousands of
Africans who become homeless and destitute because of the war of money that
the Old Super powers are waging on African soil .The refugees are used
as hostages like a human shield behind which massacres on civilians are
performed, and They say "The district is sealed off because of military
activities". Mass graves and new stories are spoken out by refugees.
The West looks on through their television screens content to know that
the blood is not spilled in their own backyard and unaware that the
African holocaust is on a scale as the World War two (WW2) holocaust. But
who cares, as long as the raw materials to secure the high standard of
living in the West keeps on flowing ....... Lado has to
struggle to exist and towards Liberty .
