Yes, it's the Africa problem. There's nothing new about it, disease rampant across the land, civil war everywhere, people dying, minimum foreign intervention...

I would do anything for the person or persons who can find a solution to this never-ending conflict, for if they can accomplish this, they could find a way to end war and disease anywhere in this world, and would rightfully deserve any honors given to them.
