Most people are not warmongering interferers. Most people oppose war and world police type behavior. You're warped if you think most people think like you. Playing world police costs tax payers billions as well as the moral issues surrounding such elitist behavior.

You keep calling me an elitist, and I would like to state that I am not. And i'm not into warmongering, just helping human beings. The fact that you think I think that way is insulting. And how is helping other helpless human beings from corrupt governments provide MORAL issues? Being selfish and staying back and hiding inside our so called, "borders," provides moral issues. I'm sorry if I've insulted you. This is just the way I see it. It's elitist behavior to see what's going on in a country a million miles away from you, determine that it is wrong (which it is, in our culture) and then decide to stroll into their land and shake things up a bit. It's none of our business and I promise you you'll win no favors from foreign observers by doing so.

You cannot play God. You're not God. You have to leave Nigeria to sort out their own problems... especially if their President isn't asking for our help. Corrupt or not, the President of another nation is absolute.

The culture in Africa is vastly different to our culture. Like I asked you before, how would you like it if Nigerian armies strolled into the U.S. and told us gay marriage is wrong according to the holy book and we're going to make you see it as illegal under the law like we do in Africa?

You'd be outraged and you know it. But to most Africans gay marriage is every bit as evil as the killings going on in Nigeria.

I don't care if killing other human beings because there gay or because they are a diffrent religion is OK in their culture or not. It's simply not ok to kill another human being. And I have not in this post proposed going over there with guns and taking over their government. I proposed they could become two diffrent countries. You keep saying I want to do something that I do not. Your trying to twist my words, and it's not working. So please stop trying to say that I want to send soldiers over there and kill them all. I am not. I proposed a resolution that had NOTHING to do with violence. In fact it would stop further violence, and you have called me a war mongering elitist. You have gotten way too off topic.

Well, it's not your country to propose anything... especially dividing it into two.

If their President wants to do that then so be it. It's none of your business.

Why don't you concentrate on our own issues like border control, the economy and the crime epidemic?

If you want to cut up Nigeria into 2 countries, then what will you do with the middle belt tribes that have both christian and muslim clans in them? Nigeria has already had an American style civil war between its northern states and southern states, and the result of that civil war was a stronger unification of Nigeria.

Nigeria is an artificial nation, just like the ones in East Europe. And just like in East Europe, it is the ticket of the "nation state" philosophy that puts Nigeria into this renewed modern killing spree.

Disintegration is the ultimate remedy with the judging by the current turn of events.
