No, spammers are not "taking up the slack".
Well, it takes more 'work' to set up a new thread than it does to cruise around and complain. Takes 'work' to keep one going, too. How lost would we be without the President Daily Schedule being updated nearly every day? My little way of paying for my keep here. What's yours?

    Republican definition of "work."

Well anything you can start and finish in less than 3 minutes isn't what I would call work. Some man has lied to you. It takes at least 15 mins my dear to have something worth talking about let alone bragging on the internet about.

    Jus' sayin'

Posting on a public forum is not "work".

I simply made a suggestion which I think would make the forum better.

I don't care if you disagree with it, and I don't feel that I need to "justify" it based on some arbitrary amount of "posting" which is apparently the equivalent of "work".

I have no idea why someone would copy and paste the presidents daily schedule each day, but if you want to do that then that's fine. I wouldn't equate that with "work" though.

I hope you are making less than minimum wage for your job here at PF. Cutting and pasting publicly available information doesn't exactly qualify as strenuous labor...

“Social Security has nothing to do with the deficit. Social Security is totally funded by the payroll tax levied on employers and employees. If you reduce the outgo of Social Security, that money would not go into the General Fund to reduce the deficit, that would go into the Social Security Trust Fund. So Social Security has nothing to do with balancing the budget or lowering the deficit.” –Ronald Reagan

No offense, it may very well be spamming with new threads, but without it we would be stuck in George Zimmerman part 567. It at least gives off the appearance that there is more to talk about then who shot from the grassy Sanford knoll.
