You like the fact that you can walk the streets and assume that the people around you ARENT armed with magnums.

You like the fact that if you ever get sick or injured the health professionals wont be asking you for your private health cover number or your the title deed to your house so that they can mend you broken leg in the emergency department of hospitals?

You like the fact that the minimum wage here is around $12 per hour a opposed to the US which is less than half this amount - AND HAS NOT INCREASED SINCE 1997.

You like the fact that your personal level of freedom in Australia and access to education and the legal system is NOT totally dependent on your wealth or income level. (or political contacts)

I can understand that - AFTER ALL AUSTALIA IS THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!

I hate the fact that i can't carry a gun. Just recently there was a story of an 82 year old with cancer and a few months to live was beaten with a vaccum pole in his own house. He just got out of hospital. The guy who beat him was looking for money but when the 82 year old refused he was attacked.

I don't find it acceptable at all for anything like this to happen! I unlike some people am not a fan of people getting raped or mugged or beaten to death in the middle of the street i actually find it very unacceptable! The ideas that i should not be allowed to defend myself from these crimes is simple insane!

Private healthcare is cheap loose the medicare and privatise hospitals and emergency wards and then there will be enough to return so that everybody can have healthcare with a bit extra on the side for other important commodities..

A reasonable minimum wage i support. Just a few measures to keep us out of pure capitalism will far less than what we have today.

Anybody can get represented in a court both in here and in america. Education should be privatised more and people should have something to strive for..

They should have had PRIVATE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE that would have cured that cancer.
