Early this month, MasterFoods - the producer of Snickers and Mars chocolate bars in Australia - was urgent to withdraw its products (dozens of thousands of bars) from sale across New South Wales state because og=f the "threat of unknown offender who claimed to have poisoned them" with some unidentified "foreign contaminant".
I'm not very pessimistic but prefer to face reality. So, I wonder whether it can be sort of revenge of immigrants from North Caucasus (specifically, Chechenia) in retaliation for the "smooth-forcing-out-of-state policy" of Australian government? I wish it were not. But God only knows.
Of late, there have been large-scale blackouts in Europe - UK and Switzerland. Now we have contaminated chocolate here in Australia. I only fear that further more drastic measures taken toward natives of the Caucasus will result into more severe acts of terrorism like that in Madrid some a year ago.
