Truth? It's Hard To Sell.

When it comes time to vote, I have some truths to tell you that may help in making your decision. Let's start off with the Tea Party movement. Two things I know they are against is big government and universal health care. Let's start off with big government. What they are most likely wanting with this complaint is more destructive government deregulation and more of the "Screw the little guy" policies. Then there is the universal health care issue. Well the U.S. goes nearly half a trillion dollars deeper into debt each year just from the trade imbalance with China alone. Where are the complaints of the Tea Party in being able to afford that. In comparison to the trade debt, universal health care would be chump change. A pittance. Also, all the employers who supply "Mc Jobs" complain about having to provide health care coverage. Universal health care would take care of that. It's way better than Osama's solution. Which is force people to buy health care. Another thing is that our money is basically only pretend money anyway. So who cares how much is spent for this social program or that social program anyway.
The next thing I would like to talk about is the Libertarian party. Liberty sounds like a pretty good idea. Doesn't it. But if some company want's to increase their profit margin by further damaging the environment, should they be at "Liberty" to do so? Or what about some company putting children to work. Or some company providing their workers with housing and making them go ever further into debt by making them buy things they need at a store the company owns. Should they be at "Liberty" to do so? Or what about just owning slaves. Should people be at "Liberty" to do that too? etc. etc. etc. Libertarians may be for liberty. But there is another word for letting people do just about anything they want. It's called anarchy.
Is it any wonder the U.S. is in the mess it is. Unfortunately, lies sell better than truth. Now you can't believe everything you see on TV. But I have come across some interesting information there. For example, I was watching a documentary about the crumbling infrastructure in the U.S. Things such as bridges, sewer and gas pipes, power transmission networks, etc. They said it would cost around a trillion dollars to fix all that. Which sounds about right. On another news type of program, they had an apparently informed person say that after everything was said and done, our involvement in the Iraq was was going to end up costing us around four trillion dollars. Which also sounds about right. We didn't get much bang for our buck there. And all we ended up doing was putting Iraq under the influence of Iran. For that kind of money, we could have had universal health care and fixed our infrastructure. We could probably have also paid off all the foreclosed mortgages and given everybody with a car an electric or hybrid car.
When it comes time to vote, you might try the green party or something. You could probably vote Fascist party and do better than voting for the bought and paid for Democrat or Republican meat puppets. I would recommend you write in the name of Ralph Nader or some other person who you think would be a good leader. I think it's time for people to start taking a chance and "Throw their vote away." There are some other things I would like to tell you. You can either take advantage of it or not. I don't care either way. (Let's see somebody label that spam) If you want to, you can go to your web browser and enter, "Our Holy Hell: The Causes, The Solutions." This is a free e-book that can be found on a number of web sites. Thank you for your time.
