Default New Budget Bill

No big shocker. There's good. There's bad. They kept some promises to their voters, they ignored others. They put off the pressing issues till... surprise... 2008 (probably after the election).
Sounds to me that the cries of "This is a great bill" from the Crats and the laments of "This will be the biggest problem ever" from Pubs are both overstated... as usual.
One good thing: At least they reinstalled pay-go. While the surplus projection still has a lot of room for error in it, at least we should see a little less in the way of big-time credit card debt.
