You pay sales tax and import duties. You pay taxes on your gasoline, telephone, electricity, and probably cable. A tax is money taken from people by the government. You can call it what you want but you still pay it. And the taxes I cited are far more regressive than the Federal income tax.

What are the American goods in the foreign countries? The credit lines? I thought US banks have already plundered away their loan cash, including the part that is backed by the FED/printer.
