The freedoms that we are entiltled to as americans by the constitution are starting to slip we are slowly losing our freedom of speech and our right to practice any religion we want. this is not a direct effect by the govenment although Bush or the peolpe pulling his strings would like to see it happen. No it is regular people, The white anglo saxtons Protestants or WASPS that want only their views expressed. you can see this in the recent banning of different shows on cabel TV that have adult siturations or fowl language. the people creating these shows are just expressingthem self and they do not force these people to watch the show so they have no right to try andstop them. then there is the Protestant that comes to my door to try and convert me to their religion. They are quite nice about it, until i say that i am jewish and dont want to convert. Well right as i say that i am going strait to hell. Dont get me wrong i do not have any problem with christians or protestants or any other religion, they have their own right to practicetheirform of worship. But as soon as they come to my door uninvited, then i have a problem.
tell me what you think about what is happening to our freedoms i would like to know.

If the government seizes your property, what is your recourse?
Try filing suit against the government for a violation of the 5th Amendments 'takings' clause - wait seven years while your case makes it through state court, Court of Appeals and State Supreme Court, before it is even eligible for filing in Federal Court. Do you have the money for that legal battle, against an army of government lawyers?

You are 100% correct. However the television stations that broadcast these shows are private entities, and they DO have a right to NOT broadcast them.
