Default Ah...the joys of blatant hypocricy

Remember Mr. "Bong Hitz 4 Jesus?" The Supreme Court ruled against him because his sign glorified drug use. Personally, I lost 99% of my faith in the Supreme Court, that day.

Well, here goes the remaining 1%...

So let me get this right...dude's shirt depicted alcohol AND illegal drugs...but since it was Anti-Bush, well....it's all good!

Sickening. It's not so much the Anti-Bush bit, but it's the depiction of alcohol and drugs. There should be NO reason to rule against one, and not the other.

I have to disagree - glorifying drug use is not the same as drug use itself. The USSC blew this one.

Default There is a difference.

I would hardly consider a shirt that depicts Bush with cocaine and alcohol as a glorification of drug use. It seems more like the opposite.

This could turn into a good anti-drug campaign for the government.

Eggs frying on pan.

This is your brain.

Picture of Bush.

This is your brain on drugs.

They might wanna wait til after his term is over.

I agree with Joker. This T-Shirt serves as more of a warning than anything else. Besides, they had a prefectly clear reasoning behind the ruling. You can censor drug advocation in schools but not political speech. I disagree with the Bong Hits 4 Jesus shirt because he wasn't even on the (*)(*)(*)(*) campus, what he did was dumb and immature, but he shouldn't have gotten in as much trouble as he did.
