Remember Mr. "Bong Hitz 4 Jesus?" The Supreme Court ruled against him because his sign glorified drug use. Personally, I lost 99% of my faith in the Supreme Court, that day.
Well, here goes the remaining 1%... http://www.breitbart.com/article.php...show_article=1 So let me get this right...dude's shirt depicted alcohol AND illegal drugs...but since it was Anti-Bush, well....it's all good! Sickening. It's not so much the Anti-Bush bit, but it's the depiction of alcohol and drugs. There should be NO reason to rule against one, and not the other. |

I agree with Joker. This T-Shirt serves as more of a warning than anything else. Besides, they had a prefectly clear reasoning behind the ruling. You can censor drug advocation in schools but not political speech. I disagree with the Bong Hits 4 Jesus shirt because he wasn't even on the (*)(*)(*)(*) campus, what he did was dumb and immature, but he shouldn't have gotten in as much trouble as he did.
