There is nothing wrong with having something that is constitutionally protected be criticized. Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's right or good.

Yes. I agree. Hate speech is constitutionally protected and it is not right or good. It is speech used as a weapon in anger with intent to harm another.

If she is involved in planning and operations, even online, then she is guilty of conspiracy to commit terrorism. In the U.S., she would be prosecuted, most likely, under federal RICO statutes.

Here's some helpful info for both Wind and Sunni. Hate speech IS constitutionally protected. That doesn't mean that those of us who spot people engaged in hate speech can't be loudly critical, or mocking, or engage in satire, or simply air their foul behavior for what it is. That's what AMERICANS do. That's what AMERICANS have always done.

You can scream at the top of your lungs that bush is hitler reborn, and the spawn of Satan, and that you think he was the most evil man that was ever born. Guess what? In America, while we might make fun of you, nobody gonna come bash your door down, and hang you from a crane.

Tell me, if a woman criticizes the government or religious leaders in Iran, what happens?
