Great now these bastards get the honor of stepping on US soil, that is the sole reason for Gitmo trails. I don't want them anywhere near the US.

I hope Bush doesn't cave and decides not to put them on trail and locks up forever.

Not to mention the Constitution only applies for citizens of the US so they shouldn't even be allowed to take any complaints to the Supreme Court. this is only a victory for terrorist. Hopefully W will find another way so they don't have to get tried in the US.
