In Washington D.C. you have the Million Man March, This is a march as the one with Martin Luther King for Equal Rights for African Americans. What I would like to see is a Million Man March in D.C. for the KKK or Skin Heads and let them give Speeches and such as the African Americans do.
And before I get all the feedback about how the KKK and Skin heads are Hate Groups and Violent. There have been many KKK gatherings in years past at Court Houses etc that have been peaceful. What usually sets them off are all the protesters along the side screaming profanities at them and picketing with signs.
And the one that really gets me hot is here lately you have a Baptist Church going to the Funerals of our Fallen Soldiers saying they are going to hell and all this and nothing is done about this but as stated if someone wants to hold a "march" or Speech (peacfully) against a Minority that just can not be allowed.
My Question is this:
Does America offer Free Speech as stated in the Constitution or is that just for the choice few as well.

The answer is yes. The ACLU has frequently taken cases in the US for unpopular groups who have practiced what would be considered "hate speech." This is unique to the US since many countries have laws that outlaw hate groups. Because the US has free speech in the Bill of Rights, groups are not restricted due to just being a hate group. You need to give specifics on where the KKK or skinheads have been prevented from having a parade or whatever. I doubt whether you will get a million KKK members meeting. Most of these events are usually only attended by a handful of members. Coming out publicly as being racist is usually not in most people's best interest. Racism works better in private.
The Fred Phelps church group, that is where the church group picketed at soldiers funerals are being prevented by staging their acts by legislation that has recently been passed in various states. In addition they were sued by families of the soldiers under violation of privacy. While I don't know their current status, the publicity stunts of picketing at funerals haven't been happening lately due to these actions.
What specific actions have occurred where groups have been prevented from meeting?
