Business, just like individual citizens, have regulations, rules and laws that they abide by...or they should not have voices in the process of democracy.

Free market does not mean "do as you please and make the rules as you go"...you can in fact be brought to inquiry for certain price guttering or gauging. Should this be pulled as well? Many organisations exist to protect rights...if people did the right thing, there would be no locks, laws, rules and agencies and government bodies to oversee them.

If there is evidence to support such a charge, then they have a case.

Free Market Economy and Free Market Trade are based on the theory of Capitalism...which was created by the same man who created the theory of Communism, German man named Karl Marx. In reality, neither really exist in their pure form.

Unions, anti-discrimination laws, social security, civil liberty rights, freedom of speech, etc. would not exist if everyone did the "right" thing.

By the way, your definition of free market didnt help Microsoft this week as they are faced with a 899 million sanction by the EU for poor and bad business process.

In an age of affirmative actions those positions mean nothing, they have to take in certain amounts of blacks, qualified or not, or they get sued! That's why most do not want to put blacks into positions of importance, all those unqualified blacks who have their jobs for no other reason but affirmative actions, a group who constantly screws up, have given blacks an even worse stand than they had before!

This affirmative (*)(*)(*)(*) goes to far, just imagine having a brain OP by a doctor who has his job for no other reason but affirmative action!
