Default pedo's civil rights

Found this over at MSN, its a long story on Jack McClellan, who is running a web site on pedophilia, and where there are nice places to see the girls

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20060340/site/newsweek/

The police have not arrested him, and some people are upset about that.
So do admitted pedophiles, who are NOT molesting children, have the full rights
of any other american.

I don't see any rights being infringed upon here. The man admits he has criminal fantasies. I can understand the parents' concern. I wouldn't want anyone like that around my child. His website enables and encourage other pedophiles. Therefore, I don't believe he should be allowed to continue running such site. A restraining order is a little rough, but he brought it upon himself. A man like him-- reliant on disability, suffering from depression, and an admited pedophile-- the government ought to be able to force into hospitalization.

But once we go after, and hospitalize or incarcerate them, who will be there next target. And it will be OK because we set a president with the pedo's.

So who's next,YOU

Default Are you sure?

Are you sure he has committed no crimes? He runs a site that encourages pedophilia and suggests good locations to find young girls. Who knows how many molestations he has been an accomplice to.

He suffers from depression, relies on disability (I'm guessing because of his mental condition), and admits he's sexually attracted to young girls. He's obvious sick.

You're right. A restraining order in unfair, not only to him, but to the rest of us. He needs to be hospitalized.

Why the hell should he have? You can't put restraining orders on someone who isn't a criminal. This effectively makes sure he has to live somewhere in the desert. It's Crazy. It's not like the man did anything, and even if the did, it's all a matter of consent, not age. We need to get over this conservative morals (*)(*)(*)(*)e.

He's becoming active in California again, from what I hear. I live here, so I have an interest in local affairs. All I can say as to the restraining order is that it's purely Orwellian and a clear violation of his civil rights. If the ACLU defended NAMBLA, I wonder why they don't defend him?

Are we really reaching the point of policing thoughts?

Should we start arresting people who fantasize about killing and assaulting others too? It's human nature. We like to visualize about what we'd like to do to others, and alot of times, they deserve it. The law seems to exist to protect the guilty, not the innocent..

IMHO he's walking the fine line between freedom of speech and illegal behavior. He knows exactly how far he can go, and what he can and cannot get away with.

I suspect that someday, somewhere, some pedophile will be caught molesting a child and blame Mr. McClellan's website for encouraging him. Then, Mr. McClellan will have his hands full of civil litigation.
