All I see is two political factions that point the finger about violating the Constitution when it benefits one or the other's agenda. Then they give warped and distorted interpretations of the Constitution, essentially grasping at straws. Thanks!

And seriously, Blade, you honestly don't think people have a right to be secure in their privacy? What are you, some kind of peeping tom?
Whether I think privacy is a good idea is not the issue. The issue is whether there is some constitutional right to it - there isn't, Douglas' and the other lib supremes' detection of mysterious vibrations from the Constitution to the contrary notwithstanding.

The old saying is "the supreme court follows the elections", but there is no distortion like lib court distortion, and there has been no outright conservative USSC since prior to 1953. And Roe v. Wade, the product of a lib court, will stand forever as probably the most wierdly distorted misreading of the constitution in history, and is the origin of most of the "privacy" lunacy.

I don't believe the corporations and government will ever stop chipping away at people's rights until its too late to fight back. That is when we will see 1984. The tazering at universities for asking questions, national ID cards with RFID chips, absurd acts like the "violent radicalization and homegrown terror act" as well as the "patriot act" and tons of similar bills that fly through congress. As well as the abolition of habea corpus and establishment of torture facilities. We are moving toward a police state.
The idea that violating people's privacy is ok because "if you don't commit a crime you wont get caught", is ridiculous. It is a crime against the people to videotape their every move, regardless of whether the government creates some tenet that specifies it. If not, it is the people's job to congregate in the interest of demanding their freedoms.

Garsh, I'm sure glad someone besides me understands the corporate/government plot to "get us". Take my advice - cover your house with aluminum foil like I did - it'll shield you from the secret rays the corporations use to suck out your vital fluids.

Yeah nothing is wrong. Maybe that tinfoil blinded you somehow. But for some reason I think that you would agree to any atrocity no matter how heinous.

Walmart is a private business, not a big-brother agency constantly watching its citizens and feeding the information into a central government. And the war in Iraq is every bit as bad as the holocaust. In fact it's worse if you factor in the use of depleted uranium...Besides if you have a problem with Nazis you should be against Prescott Bush who was a nazi money-launderer.
