OP, do you know the prediction is usually that the world ends in 2012, i.e. not just the US.
Btw I hear the Fed has been robbing US for a century and its existence makes no economic sense. Why is it an issue if it finally hands control of the currency back to the country?
The fed will exist as long as they want to exist....
If they thought they might be held accountable, they might not wanna exist anymore, and transfer responsibility, and our sovereignty to the World Bank....

I predict our govt will either ignore it and keep on truckin', OR Obama will reauthorize it by executive order. I cannot see it being allowed to be a crisis.
