Default Iraqis want USA OUT!

Quote:
CAIRO, Egypt (AP) The communique -- finalized by Shiite, Kurdish and Sunni leaders Monday -- condemned terrorism but was a clear acknowledgment of the Sunni position that insurgents should not be labeled as terrorists if their operations do not target innocent civilians or institutions designed to provide for the welfare of Iraqi citizens.
The leaders agreed on "calling for the withdrawal of foreign troops according to a timetable, through putting in place an immediate national program to rebuild the armed forces ... control the borders and the security situation" and end terror attacks
Swiftboaters... sic 'em!

They are asking 600 JAPANESE to stay... temporarily. Every political faction that ran a candidate in the last Iraqi election had a detail in their platform calling for the USA occupiers to leave.

Announcement to liberals:

Us conservatives have never wished to stay in Iraq forever. We wish to give control to the Iraqis when possible like the article says:

It's nothing new. We've been doing this from day one. Must have been a slow news day?

Fibber... you speak only for yourself and those who think like you do. I believe you are idealistic and misguided.
Multinational corporations have signed contracts with the Iraqi Provisional Authority (all prior to the spate of elections) which secure oil drilling/pumping/transport rights. Also signed were agreements which privatized Iraqi banking.
Did you know that the USA has been building large permanent bases in Iraq as well as numerous smaller outposts there?
When you get your news from Fox, Rush, Sean, Ann, Bill etc, etc you will remain uninformed and in a state of simmering rage. The end of the BushCo. adventure is coming to an end soon. Feel free to hate liberals all the more because hate will be all that you will have left.
