Sarah Palin's motto from her Alaska Governor campaign...
No, it wasn't, and your post provides nothing to support that claim, but rather a rather blatant effort by a politician to steal another politician's popular slogan.

I'm sure that all the Palinites that have been dissing "change" will now adopt it as a "cool" thing

Really? Why do you think she included this line?

We were amused a couple of years later when Barack Obama - one of whose senior advisers (come to think of it) had roots in Alaska - adopted the same theme.

I never said that she did. Was there a lack of comprehension on your part?

I don't doubt that for a second. However, arguing that Palin is ignorant of the world around her hardly makes her seem like an intelligent person.

THE FACTS: Of the roughly $1.3 million she raised for her primary and general election campaigns for governor, more than half came from people and political action committees giving at least $500, according to an AP analysis of her campaign finance reports. The maximum that individual donors could give was $1,000; $2,000 for a PAC.

Turns out we have a case of Leftist Mathematical Confusion.

MORE THAN HALF came from "people and PACs" (aka:PRIVATE CITIZENS), for at least HALF of the max allowed for individuals, 25% of that allowed for groups of individuals.

Uh...please explain how you consider this as proving her a "liar'. Which of these were not "fist time givers"? $500-$2000 are not "large checks", in political campaigns for state governorships.

But,of course, any attmept to disparage Palin must be "honored", witthout actually applying some critical thinking to its claim...

Oh, stop it Grok, you know math and truth don't matter when it comes to Palin haters making this (*)(*)(*)(*) up. Snopes has exposed these frauds on almost every single BS snipe at her.

I can imagine what loser lives these left wing nut balls lead, when each and everyday is consumed with personally attacking Palin and her family, when she is not even a politician, or has made no indication of running for a political position.

So you folks are enamored with her why again?

Because she's pissing off the left and standing by her conservative values by refusing to back down. Because she's intelligent, and that chaps your ass to no end. Because she won't STFU, despite being ridiculed and having her character constantly attacked with attempted assassinations by the news media even here at home.

And on a more personal note, because despite all of the adulation and anger that she's causing down States, up here she's still a local gal, and people talk about her up here like she's a local gal. Her "star" appears to be shining everywhere else but up here. I guess her time spent as our governor killed a lot of that novelty for some of us.

If you have 1 hour and 23 minutes to kill, check out Sarah Palin's old gubernatorial debate she did against Governor Tony Knowles and Andrew Halcro. There were a lot of tough questions in this one, which made her destruction of Joe Biden look like a cake walk. And well, we already know how this election turned out.

She really stepped in it this time--I mean, after the little o poisoned the term "change," that in politics it now means (thanks to him and the Democrats) "more of the same only worse," why would ANYONE in their right mind try using that word in their association any more?
