Default No

Not at all - remember something called Pearl Harbor... It was the Japanese.

Remember something called the 9/11 attacks, it was NOT Iraq that attacked us.

This little tidbit of information is rather significant. Even during the actual was phase of Iraq, the press was not reporting against the war, it has only been sicne the realization that the war was based upon untruths, that the after war plannng was significantly botched and that the Administratin seem sto have almost no plan or idea what is going to happen that the press and the populace has been speaking out against the war.

So go ahead and have your right wing paranoid delusions that the press is not reporting the Iraq war "properly". You might want to consider that it is not the press, but the war that is different.

Default a few other things that are different

we didn't have the press there showing pictures of dead Japanese saying how horrible this war is. The only thing really different is we didn't have left wing journalists reporting their slant on the war. It started with Vietnam and continues here. Journalists shouldn't slant, spin or otherwise insert their opinions on the war. They should report both sides and let us decide.
