My husband and I were driving down to Waco today around 12:30pm and we saw Air Force One flying real low as it was approaching Waco to land. Didn't even know Pres. Bush was coming to the Crawford ranch today, so it was a surprise. It's the first time I've ever seen it in flight....so thought I'd share with you guys. I was surprised there was no other planes around it. At least not visible. Wish I'd had my binoculars with me to get an even closer look!

PS: Maybe with the Patriot Act in place it was prudent not to have binoculars pointed at AF 0NE, or anything pointed in that direction. You could be mistaken for a "bad guy" or a Demoncrat.......

Kinda what I thought. I saw only one red helicopter going that way just after AF One passed by. My husband said if jets accompany him....they'd be too far up to see anyway.

I just thought it was interesting. Anyone else ever seen AF One in flight?

Saw Marine-1 several weeks ago flying overhead (three USM helicopters flying in a V formation) after hurricane wilma.
