It appears that the charges of conflicts of interest are false, but what concerns me is this. There is really only one issue of public controversy involved in Supreme Court decisions: Abortion. The fact that Democrats don't, overall, seem nearly as upset about Alito as they were about John Roberts worries me, since I am pro-life. Anyway, read the article and come to your own conclusions.
