What exactly were you expecting? How can you be offended by the same shіt they have been saying all along?

They seem kinda predictable to me. I remain unimpressed.

Well,i don't expect anything from arabians, but if you check the names:

United states
Brazil and more.........christian names.....it's just offensive. Because the fact Israel hasn't done anything to Iran......they decided one day to be popular among the moslem world,so the best target is Israel...while Israel hasn't done anything to Iran.

I don't get it. I don't even get their sarcasm or their point. Looks like they are too stupid to even draw a good cartoon.

Default Political "humour"

Never send a politician to do a comedian's job. They suck at it. It looks to me like the cartoons were chosen for their political message rather than any humour contained within.

I do like the irony in their warning bit, though:"Regarding to clarification of the issue of "Holocaust" this website possibly will be closed by United States". Of course, the United States is possibly the only major Western nation that doesn't censor holocaust denial. That's kind of funny. Slightly.

I agree...they suck.

Kaka - they are just cartoons, nothing to get upset about.

Default I disagree

I think quite a few of these cartoons are really quite good -- the baby's dirty diaper (with the brown stains in the shape of the continents of America and Western Europe) was very imaginative.

Also I agree whole-heartedly with the comparison of the cartoon making fun of Mohammed and the cartoon denying the holocaust -- there is a double standard, at least as far as Europe is concerned. I don't agree with the views of those who deny the Holocaust (just finished reading Eli Wiesle's Night last night -- very beautiful book), but I thank God that in America those who wish to spout such vile nonsense have freedom of speech and won't be jailed as they have been in Europe.

Free speech is one thing but good editorial decision making on what to print is another -- you guys really went off on Dan Rather for poor editorial decision making but you just can't accept that those cartoons of Mohammed had one purpose only -- to inflame the racism against muslims.

And by the way, the Danish cartoons are the absolutely worst drawings I've ever seen. The cartoons in this post are really quite good, although somewhat offensive.

Another of the cartoons I especially liked was the one showing Jews going on a conveyor belt into a death machine of the holocaust and on the other side of the machine Israeli tanks coming out. It gives you something to think about and argue about.

Probably most offensive is the cartoon with the urns on the fireplace mantel and the burning of a jew in the fireplace. I don't really see the point of that cartoon.

Anyway, viva la free speech! And what's good for the goose has got to be good for the gander. You can't have it one way only -- to agree that it was OK for the Danish cartoons to be published and then be offended and demand that these arabic cartoons not be printed.

Dan Rather was a journalist...and expected to be unbiased.

Political Cartoonists are not required to be unbiased.

That difference seems obvious to me. Your comparison is inaccurate.

Like what? It is completely predictable. Nothing clever about it.

Really? How many riots have Europeans initiated over these cartoons?

Please point out the double standard for me.

As oppressive as European views are, they are still light years ahead of the mid-east.
