This will be George Bush legacy on history, that he propelled Iran to the global forefront. The world thinks there needs to be a super power other than the US because someone needs to police us now. We are looked at as terrorists. Isn't that just lovely?

Any unilateral, fundamentalist's action in the region, from western powers, will almost certainly serve to empower fundamentalist factions in the middle east...

I honestly don't know. Common sense tells me, he had to know that by declaring war on a non-threatening muslim country, he was going to spurn hundreds of thousands of terrorists, and millions of terrorist supporters. Didn't he have to know that? He is president of the US. If we know it, didn't he have to know it? But common sense also tells me, if he knew it, why did he do it? Is he just as ignorant as he comes off to be? Just like this nuclear deal with India that has been headlines news for days. Why would he taunt Iran, by playing footsies with India regarding nuclear power? Wouldn't it have been prudent to have put this India deal on the back burner during the time things are so heated up with Iran?
