my hat! what's the sense of evaluating the electoral campaign after the campaign is over!? once there are violations now, they must be corrected right now, not afterwards!
i swear, this enables fixing the elections and this is really what ukraine's president Yushchenko really plans to do given that his party "Our Ukraine" fails to head the poll. this has been known since long ago - you only needed to read forums carefully. for example, Yushchenko was often said to stick at nothing, be it dissolution of parliament or institution of direct presidential government. clear, in case everything goes off swimmingly (the ruling party "Our Ukraine" wins the election fairly or owing to frame-up) the whole thing of election will be recognized legitimate. what a crap of election!
