Help me here people what is it because of winter or what? Hope its not just a political thing because when we have a bad economy we all sufer.
Lets hope the housing market does not crash a dip we can survive a crash and we may be in for dsome very rough times

Western N.J. The big builders,Toll
Brother, Beazer are putting homes up
but not selling anything. Interest rates
are playing in the mix right now.

I just bought a new Toll home, we closed on it last month. It's in a brand new development in Mass, they have three of them (Wellesley, Bellingham, and North Attleboro) and all three are waiting for the city to release lots so they can continue building. Yet every available lot is sold.
